The reason we created The Open Crypt was because we were fed up with things that should be easy such as going out for the day being hard, when lets face it, it's hard enough navigating the world as a disabled person with the additional needs and tools required to do so safely. As a carer, I feel a great deal of responsibility to ensure that our day trips go as smoothly and safely as possible and that we have everything we need for that to happen and that means planning. So, since we are doing this anyway, we thought we'd try and  help by sharing our small accessibility life hacks with you. Simply click the pdf and print out a copy.

Hopefully sharing some of these things with you will take a little pressure off and reduce your own planning so you can relax and spend more time enjoying yourselves.

As ever if there is anything you think we have missed or your wish to discuss get in touch with us on Instagram or hit the mail icon at the top of the page to send us an email.
